brendan Regan


Brendan moved to Brisbane from Canberra in June 2021 to beat the cold weather with a northern change. He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at University of Canberra. In Canberra, Brendan initially worked in a physiotherapy/osteopathy clinic as well as with local junior AFL teams. In Brisbane , he worked at a private clinic focusing on occupational health, work cover,  pre-employment functional assessment as well as aged care. Brendan has completed further qualifications in Myofascial Dry Needling, ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coaching and GLA;D osteoarthritis management.


He takes pride in tailoring unique treatment approaches for a wide variety of conditions - from acute sporting injuries to the frustrating lingering pain that keeps people from their best work in life, taking a holistic approach. Brendan has a particular interest in neck, lower back and lower limb impairments, combining manual therapy techniques, lifestyle management and progressive resistance training to lead to long term maintained improvements.


Brendan enjoys an active lifestyle- you can find him going for hikes, cycling, swimming or exploring his new Queensland home whenever he gets the chance- never forgetting to enjoy all the beautiful food along the way.
