Born in Japan, Tad's family moved to Cairns, Far North Queensland when he was young. Tad did most of his schooling in Cairns before moving to Brisbane to commence his university studies.
After completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at University of Queensland in 2003, Tad began his career as a physiotherapist in a busy private clinic in Warner. Mentored by experienced colleagues, Tad was able to further his knowledge and experience.
Developing a keen interest in treating sporting injuries, Tad completed a level 1 Sports Physiotherapy course in 2005.
In 2007, Tad started his career at Synergy Health Group. He has been a main stayer at this practice in the Brisbane CBD, which has meant gaining extensive experience in various conditions but especially for conditions commonly seen amongst office workers.
In 2008, Tad completed courses in Clinical Pilates (DMA) and has since been our instructor for Clinical Pilates and taken a keen interest in rehabilitation work for lower back injuries in particular.
Tad has been the lead physiotherapist at Synergy for many years and has taken over the ownership of the practice in June 2019. He welcomes the challenge of juggling work, family life and now business ownership to the best of his abilities.
Tad enjoys watching most sports including tennis, cricket, soccer and golf but in particular loves rugby league where he is a passionate supporter of the Cowboys. He lists attending the 2015 NRL Grand Final as one of his greatest experiences he's ever had, just below getting married and his son being born!

Jake graduated his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland in 2012 and has since worked in private practices throughout Brisbane and London. He is presently undertaking titling in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, studying Masters through La Trobe University.
He has a keen interest in both sports and work injuries and assisting patients in their return to full function of their home and working lives, through a combination of manual therapy and exercise based rehabilitation.
Jake follows latest evidence practice and has developed his skills with training in Pilates (APPI and DMA methods), Dry Needling (advanced levels), musculoskeletal spinal pain, shoulder pain, hip/pelvis pain, men's & women's health and osteoarthritis.
He has worked with various sports teams and competitive social athletes and performs “running assessments” for patients in the city.
In his spare time, Jake participates in an active lifestyle through surfing, running and various social sports.
Other hobbies include playing guitar, enjoying live music, cruising on the motorbike and travelling.

Bronwyn moved to Australia from South Africa in 2002 and completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Albury in 2009. Since then she has lived and worked in Alice Springs, Western Australia, Narrabri, Mudgee and Batemans Bay. Working in country regions has helped gain experineces in treating a very wide range of cases and seeing patients of all ages.
She has skills and training in Pilates, Dry Needling, Women’s Health, Lymphoedema, Vertigo, Sport’s Injuries, and Pre-Employment functional assessments. She enjoys meeting new people and treating a range of conditions and injuries particularly lower back injuries, neck pain and headaches.
Bronwyn’s hobbies include running and keeping active, wine, cooking, music, and exploring all that Brisbane has to offer.

Callum graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from James Cook University in 2010 and has since worked in private practices from Mount Isa to Townsville to London. His experience ranges from pre and post-operative care, sport related injuries through to management of posture related conditions and ergonomics.
He has a passion for clinical education and has a keen interest in Crossfit. Callum completed his Crossfit Level 1 course in 2018 with a view to understanding the training methodology and movements to better manage and treat associated mobility issues, movement faults and injuries. He also has a sporting background in powerlifting, water polo, swimming, rugby union and mountain biking.
On weekends when the weather is good you will generally find Callum heading to the coast with his spearfishing gear in tow or tinkering in the shed on his motorbike project.
