Born in Japan, Tad's family moved to Cairns, Far North Queensland when he was young. Tad did most of his schooling in Cairns before moving to Brisbane to commence his university studies.

​

After completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at University of Queensland in 2003, Tad began his career as a physiotherapist in a busy private clinic in the outer suburbs of Brisbane. 

​

In 2007, Tad started his career at Synergy Health Group. He has been a main stayer at this practice in the Brisbane CBD, which has meant gaining extensive experience in various conditions but especially for conditions commonly seen amongst office workers. With a strong focus on listening to patients and identifying their goals, Tad is hands on and driven to find ways to achieve those goals for each patients.

Tad has been the lead physiotherapist at Synergy for many years and took over the ownership of the practice in 2019. He welcomes the challenge of juggling work, family life and now business ownership to the best of his abilities. Though he loves and appreciates the patients that keep coming back to see him for various issues, he does also welcome new patients – whether you’ve been referred by a colleague, friends or family members or you just came across his name on the website, Tad will endeavour to give you his best each and every time in helping you achieve your goals.

Tad is himself a family man now and therefore loves chatting with patients about the joys and challenges of parenthood. He also loves all things sports - a weekly review of the weekend footy scores is often overheard in the clinical area! He is a passionate supporter of the Cowboys. He lists attending the 2015 NRL Grand Final as one of his greatest experiences he's ever had, just below getting married and his son being born!
