Elbow Pain

Elbow injuries may vary from slight pain with minimal impact on everyday function, to difficulty in bending and straightening the elbow joint. Onset of injuries can also vary from slow progressive onsets to sudden onsets incurred from an incident. Injuries such as Tennis Elbow or Golfer’s Elbow are gradual onset overuse / overload injuries which can occur from increased repeated use of your hand, wrist and arm or change in equipment. There are also ligaments that can get acutely injured from a twist of the arm or a fall which can affect movement of the elbow joint and thus functional use of the arm.

The physiotherapists at Synergy will assess to diagnose the injury and the rehabilitation required will depend on the injury and your goals. They will provide you with a detailed rehabilitation program for you to return to activity better and stronger than ever.
