At Synergy Physiotherapy and Pilates we happy welcome all patients to our clinic. We treat DVA, Work Cover, CTP Insurance claims, as well as CDM/ECP referrals.
 

Work Cover/CTP

For third-party insurance claims, we require that you provide a valid, up-to-date copy of your medical certificate and valid claim numbers with approval from the insurer. We can bill the third-party insurers directly. However, if claims are invalid, patients will be expected to cover the full cost of their treatment

Medicare - CDM/ECP

Medicare does not normally cover physiotherapy sessions. However, some patients with chronic medical conditions may be eligible for up to five Medicare-subsidised sessions with allied health services per year under the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan (previously titles Enhanced Primary Care or EPC plans). These require a Team Care Arrangement (TCA) plan to be completed by your GP. Please see your GP for more information.

Please note:- As of 30 May 2022, Synergy Physiotherapy will no longer bulk bill the consultation fee - we are happy to process to Medicare Rebate but we will be asking you to pay a Gap Fee Payment of $15 on the day of the service.
